The administrative justice is committed to the opening and making available all of its court decisions in open data. In accordance with Law No 2019-222 of 23 March 2019 on programming 2018-2022 and reform for justice.
All decisions are made available on the “Open Data” web platform available at https://opendata.conseil-etat.fr. It makes available to the public an XML file tree in which decisions issued by the Council of State are filed in a given month.
The publication schedule is as follows:
— 30 September for decisions of the Council of State;
— 31 March 2022 for judgments of administrative courts of appeal;
— 30 June 2022 for judgments of administrative tribunals.
The.xml file contains the following marked properties:
— Identification: file name
— Date_Up_Day: date of creation of the file
— Code_Jurisdiction: ‘This’ for decisions of the Council of State
— Name_Jurisdiction: ‘Litigation section’ for decisions of the Council of State
— Number_File: decision number
