These data were produced from a camera located at the intersection of rue Désoyer and rue d’Algiers, in the commune of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The camera continuously recorded the passage of vehicles over 4 zones (entry/exit). It also determined the type of vehicle according to legal administrative standards (Bicycle, Motorcycle, Light or Heavy Vehicle).
This data set was produced for one time, as part of a 2-month test (01/09/2020-06/11/2020) to judge the effectiveness of camera counting. It should be noted that during this test period the second containment was deployed, which may have had an impact on the usual influx of the observed axis. Finally, it was Wintics that under an open license took care of laying the camera and recovering the data.
Thus, the first file details the date, the day of the week, the time zone, the time zone, the crossing areas and the types of vehicles that used the road axis in real time. The second file offers a photo of the axis and shows the different areas that were used for counting.
These files are intended for public authorities, citizens and private companies.
