COVID-19: before improvement, age-specific results from SI-VIC, SI-DEP and VAC-SI pairings

The new data is available via the links below:** [Revised data](https://data.drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/explore/dataset/covid-19-resultats-par-age-issus-des-appariements-entre-si-vic-si-dep-et-vac-si/information/) As part of its mission to support the management of the health crisis, the Directorate for Research, Studies, Evaluation and Statistics (DREES) uses pseudonymised data from the three main databases on the Covid-19 crisis: SI-VIC (hospitalisation), SI-DEP (screening) and VAC-SI (vaccination). These farms lead to numerous analyses, published or for the use of actors in crisis management, on the three themes: screening, hospitalisation and vaccination. The DREES also crosses these bases, in order to shed light on issues that fall under several of these themes in a joint way. Thus, regular monitoring according to the vaccine status of the numbers of cases positive to Covid-19 tests and hospital admissions is carried out. Similarly, comparative analyses of the frequencies of serious Covid-19 cases depending on the variant or the identified mutations of the virus affecting patients may be carried out. These data concern all ages and the whole of France The percentages of the Omicron variant among the positive tests are estimated via a proxy on the screened tests. These percentages are not significant before the occurrence of the Omicron variant.
