The CRITER Web Camera is a one-time object describing the implantation of a traffic surveillance camera placed on a strategic axis or junction. It provides access to real-time images extracted every minute of the video stream and feeds the Onlymoov Grand Lyon site. The web cameras come from the CRITER system (automated road traffic regulation) of the Greater Lyon Highways Directorate.
