Dataset description
The ORTHO IRC is a collection of digital mosaics of orthophotography infra-red color rectified in Lambert 93 projection. The ORTHO IRC product is available in TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) at 50 cm resolution (native resolution), 1 km x 1 km slabs, or JPEG 2000 (Joint Photographic Experts Group) in 5 km x 5 km slabs. It consists of digital images (without cladding or overload) and georeferencing indications. The product is intended for digital exploitation for technical use. It can be used for communication use using the features of simple image manipulation tools. The informational content is compatible with working scales of the order of 1:10000th or smaller. The project “Making ortho-images in Lorraine in 2014” is co-financed by the European Union. Europe is committed in Lorraine with the European Regional Development Fund.
