The cadastral plane represents the apparent boundaries of the property. The computerised cadastral plan in vector format (PCI-vector) is mainly the result of digitisation of the cadastral plan (paper or raster) carried out in the framework of agreements with local authorities. To a lesser extent, it could be made directly digitally as part of reshuffles (Law No 74-645 of 18 July 1974) or land developments commonly referred to as rebundling. The data cover the Grand Est, they come from the files in shapefile format made available on the website data.gouv.fr, the update is carried out according to the availability of the data on this site.
