This data was created by the Grand Est Region with the aim of identifying all the natural plots (including grasslands and wetlands) owned by the Region in particular in the area of the flood zone of the State (Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin). These parcels acquired as part of the land control of sensitive natural environments may be subject to contracts or environmental measures. The geometry of the plots is derived from the computerised Cadastral Plan (ICP) of the DGFIP according to the version of January 2019. This layer of information n' however, has no exhaustive character as to the properties of which the Grand Est Region owns but targets the parcels of sensitive natural environments in the departments of Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin. Source of data: cohesion Pole of Territories, Greater East Region, February 2019.

__Origin__
These data do not show the parcels of which the Grand Est Region owns exhaustively but only parcels of sensitive nature located in the area of the flood zone of the State. The numbers of sections and plots may have changed over the course of the cadastral evolutions compared to the data initially reported by the Cohesion of the Territories of the Greater East Region.
