Operators authorised by the Arjel and then by the ANJ (National Gaming Authority), since its creation in 2020, can offer online gambling offers for sports betting, horse betting and poker. [The list of authorised operators](https://anj.fr/offre-de-jeu-et-marche/operateurs-agrees) is available on the ANJ website. Authorised operators shall regularly communicate to the ANJ the data of the online gaming market such as: the number of active player accounts, the bets, the goal product of the games (turnover), the distribution of bets is sports, etc.
