Data — Water courses to preserve first — SAGE Ill Nappe Rhine — 2013

Watercourses to be preserved primarily on the perimeter of the SAGE ILL NAPPE RHIN. Streams with a close link to the Rhine water table (ground watercourses or predominantly groundwater) and/or a very low flow rate are particularly sensitive to discharges and sampling. These are prohibited by the SAGE ILL NAPPE RHIN (see Article 6 of the Rules of Procedure). Sampling should preferably be done in the tablecloth, close to the surface of the soil generally a few tens of centimetres deep) in areas of watercourses. Discharges will be directed to streams with sufficient self-purification capacity.
