[DDT65] Fish categories of the rivers and bodies of the Hautes-Pyrénées — Linear

A Piscicol Category Ranking is a legal classification of water and water plans according to the dominant fish groups. L' Article L.436-5 of the code of l'environment defines the notion of classification of Category Piscicole. The notions of public/privileged or unauthorised fishing are not relevant in this division. This cutting also does not concern closed waters or fish farms. The founding regulatory text of a Piscicol Category Ranking is l' stopped taken by the prefect of department: — 1st category: waters mainly populated by trout, as well as those where it seems desirable to provide special protection for fish of this species. —2nd category: all other waters subject to the provisions of the Decree. __Origin__ Cutting/fusion of polygons of rivers d'water and planes of the BDTopo Classification corresponding to the prefectural decree n°65-2018-12-12-022 Only Category 2 water courses are digitised.
