Dataset description
This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the PPRN; development of the PPRN. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a defined date. It is:
— prescribed perimeter set out in the prescribing order of n°#x27; a PPR (natural or technological);
— perimeter d' exposure to risks that corresponds to the perimeter regulated by the approved PPR. This approved perimeter is a public utility easement (PM1 for PPRNs and PM3 for PPRTs);
— perimeter d' study corresponding to #x27; envelope in which hazards have been studied.

The noise levels emitted by a given infrastructure during an average day are evaluated using numerical models producing isophone curves translated into noise zones,
according to the index recommended for all modes of transport at European level, namely the Lden index and the Ln index. Strategic noise maps aggregate or translate these noise zones
according to the type of strategic noise map, i.e. maps d' exposure to noise, areas affected by noise, maps for exceeding limit values, and maps d'
known or predictable noise level. Strategic noise maps, regulatoryly approved by the Prefect, must be re-engineered and revised every 5 years.
Updates to strategic noise maps must cover several aspects of acquisition, data processing and publication of results: — with the correction, if applicable,
on date N+ 1, errors made when drawing up documents on date N, — with the addition of all new data (new lanes, new buildings...) created between date N and date N+ 1.
