Deliberations 2023

The dataset lists the deliberations adopted by the deliberating bodies of the Doubs Departmental Council (Standing Committee and Plenary Session) for the year 2023. It complies with the Common Local Data Base (SCDL) standardisation. Collection context: The deliberations of the Departmental Assembly and the Standing Committees are available to the public on the institutional website “Doubs.fr” of the Department, via open data. This approach responds to the legal obligations of the reform of the advertising rules for acts of local and regional authorities resulting from Law n°2019-1461 of 27 December 2019 known as “Commitment and Proximity”, which aims in particular to simplify and modernise the tools to improve public information. It aims to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the community and access to information for the citizen. Method of collection: This dataset is the result of extraction query from the OXY-ACTES business application. It is sorted by deliberation date, type of session and public policy.
