Location of delivery areas reserved for stopping delivery vehicles Any delivery using a vehicle can only be made in fulfilment of a prior order. In the case of an inspection, the driver of the vehicle must prove the existence of this control. Transhipments and handling of goods may not be carried out on public roads in the absence of courts, passageways or cochère doors. Goods are transferred directly from delivery vehicles inside buildings or vice versa. They must not be stored on public roads.
