Delivery of digital public services in product mode coordinated by the interministerial programme Beta.gouv

The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to: — For all beneficiaries, enable the mobilisation of the product teams necessary for the construction, development, deployment and continuous improvement of digital products designed according to the State Startup approach under the beta.gouv programme; — For DINUM exclusively, allow the construction, deployment and continuous improvement of the digital services it develops itself according to the product logic, in particular FranceConnect, api.gouv.fr, demarches- simplifiees.fr, etc. This interministerial contract is supported by DINUM with the mandate of the DAE. It builds on DINUM’s experience and expertise in prescribing, purchasing and deploying digital products, particularly in line with the State Startup approach. It will thus enable the various beneficiaries and partners of the beta.gouv programme to easily set up the product teams necessary for the success of these digital services which are the subject of interministerial strategic and methodological support provided by DINUM.
