L' PDO, l' appellation d' Protected origin, corresponds to the #x27; appellation d’#x27; origin controlled at European level. C' is the name of a region, a specified place or, in exceptional cases, a country, which is used to designate an agricultural product or food originating in that region, place or country, of which: — the quality or characteristics are due primarily or exclusively to the geographical environment comprising natural and human factors, and — production, processing and production; elaboration take place in the defined geographical area. A designation includes 1 to n denomination(s) and 1 to n products (e.g. the colours of the wines, which may be the subject of specific delimitations).

Created by drawing or selecting plots on a PCI Vector or BD Parcellar background (when the cadastre n' is not vectorised), topologically consistent with the plot layer (with the exception of plot parts) when PCI vector is used.
This layer is created by the agglomeration of the layers at l' communal scale provided by l'INAO.
