Represents the perimeters of the pre-emption areas of the departmental sensitive natural areas, i.e. property of the department and under departmental management.
The pre-emption zone is created by deliberation of the Departmental Council. It most often corresponds to the response area of the site but may also correspond to the observation zone. Within this perimeter, in the event of the sale of land, the Department is given priority in order to acquire it. Land acquired through the exercise of the right of pre-emption and with the development tax is inalienable and must retain its vocation as a natural space.
