Deportations of municipal elected representatives of the City of Rennes

_A conflict of interest shall be understood as any situation of interference between a public interest and public or private interests, which is likely to influence, or appear to influence, the independent, impartial or objective exercise of a function. _In compliance with the provisions on transparency, the elected representatives shall not take part in the vote on deliberations for which they may find themselves in a conflict of interest. _They may also apply for a deportation order, which will concern any matter on which a conflict of interest exists. _ _ Proceedings containing personal data or any other data falling within the criteria set out in Articles L311-5 and L311-6 of the Code of Relations between the Public and Administrations (CRPA) may not be published in open data.__
