Definition of planning tax scopes * * * The city of Rueil-Malmaison introduced a development tax increased to 10 % and 15 % to finance the construction of public facilities, along the main structuring axes and close to the changing sectors. This tax was introduced to finance public networks and facilities induced by the creation of housing. Since 1 January, it has replaced the old town planning taxes. This dataset identifies the different areas where an increased planning tax exists in the area of Rueil-Malmaison.
