Digital consultation — A more sustainable food in Paris — Idea box — 2017

Data from the following digital consultation campaign: “More sustainable food in Paris” The consultation was open on Madame la Maire, I have an idea! from 4 May to 12 July 2017. By signing the Milan Pact on 15 October 2015, the City of Paris, along with 132 other international metropolises, committed to developing a territorial food strategy to move its food system towards a fairer, more resilient, more sustainable, more inclusive and environmentally friendly system. A state of play of food in Paris was carried out in 2016 in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current system in relation to the objectives of the Milan Pact and to constitute the first step in the concerted elaboration of the Paris strategy for sustainable food First, workshops open to professionals in the agri-food sector were held from May to June 2017 in the Borough Town Halls and Val-de-Marne, associated with this approach. The purpose of the consultation was to allow Parisians to express themselves, to post their contributions and ideas.
