Data from the following digital consultation campaign: Time added: new projects to develop women’s football»
The consultation was open on idee.paris from 17 October 2018 to 28 July 2019.
In 2016, women’s football surpassed the symbolic mark of 100,000 licensees, and the French Foot Federation (FFF) now has 165,000 women on the pitch. This positive progression marks an increasingly strong interest in the discipline. While mentalities and practices evolve, football remains a predominantly male discipline, both in terms of practice but also in terms of representation in offices and steering committees.
The hosting of the Women’s World Cup of France, FIFA 2019 from 7 June to 7 July 2019, and the hosting of 7 matches at the Parc des Princes, is a real springboard for understanding the subject and jointly developing projects for tomorrow.
Time Additionn’Elles aimed to bring together actors from diverse backgrounds (clubs, associations, media, political and public figures) to share their experience and good ideas about football and women’s sport in general. In parallel with the workshops conducted by the Temps Addn’Elles project team and its partners, Parisians were also able to submit and vote for online projects.
