Digital consultation — Quality of public service: What’s that for you? — Ideas box — 2016

Data from the following digital consultation campaign: Quality of public service: What’s that for you? The consultation was open on Madame la Maire, I have an idea! from 20 July to 14 October 2016. The City of Paris launched in 2008 a quality approach that concerned, at the time of the consultation, more than 600 municipal places welcoming the public. The QualiPARIS label is awarded following an audit carried out by an external organisation, Afnor. The City is committed to improving the quality of its services by ensuring: good information about its services; easy access thanks to a suitable signage; a pleasant welcome; taking into account user comments. To these general provisions are added commitments specific to each profession or field of activity. Thanks to the online consultation, the City of Paris wanted to strengthen its quality approach and ensure that it meets the expectations of Parisians as users.
