Location of the main processing units of the agri-food industries in the Île-de-France region. The following industries were studied: slaughterhouses for animals for slaughter, starch industry, ethanol, malting, mill, sowing, sugar, teining, trituration, other cereals first processing plants (type of precooked wheat, breakfast cereals), fodder dehydration plants, factories of manufacturers of #x27; feedstuffs, cheese factory, dairy, processing of #x27; aromatic herbs, vegetable canning, legumes. __Origin__ COVADIS standardisation of the PPRn digital data of the departments of the Aquitaine region (in 2014).
