A wind farm is composed of one or more wind turbines producing electricity. A park requires one or more building permits and is the subject of an administrative procedure, instructed in DDT. A park can have only one operator.
The definition of the wind farm has no administrative or regulatory basis. It is a purely abstract class corresponding to an aggregate of wind turbines. The polygonal geometry of #x27;a wind farm n' is only that; an artifice proposed to map small-scale wind turbines.
A wind farm is therefore represented by arbitrary boundaries and does not correspond to any administrative or material control over the land.
