This file, established by the National Institute of Geographical and Forestry Information (IGN-F) in September 2020, provides the list and scope of EPCIs with own taxation (i.e. intercommunalities, see glossary in metadata) of the Seine-Maritime Department, as well as their INSEE code and their type (urban community, agglomeration community, community of municipalities).
