Espelette pepper PDO — Cadastral plots used by producers in 2020
Raw data transmitted by the Syndicat du chiment d’Espelette PDO, then worked and put on its own by the CAPB.
Table highlighting cadastral plots in which one or more pieces of chilli is exploited. There may be several pieces of chili on a cadastral plot. The area of a cadastral parcel is therefore not the area of a plot of Piment.
To date, there are 516 plots occupied by Espelette PDO chilli fields. 459 found a match with the current cadastre. As a result, there are 11 % missing plots on the current map.
