In accordance with Articles L.2196-2 and R.2196-1 of the Public Procurement Code and the provisions of the Decree of 22 March 2019 on essential data in public procurement, public purchasers are required to publish the essential data for public contracts above the threshold of EUR 25 000 excluding tax, not later than two months from the date of notification of the contract to the contractor (Article 4 of the aforementioned decree).
