Essential data of grant agreements awarded by the City of Antibes

In order to increase the financial transparency of aid granted by public persons, local authorities, with more than 3500 inhabitants and more than 50 staff, who award grants of more than EUR 23 000 per year, have the obligation, since 1 August 2017, to make the essential data of their grant agreements accessible in electronic form in an open standard easily reusable and usable by an automated processing system. The nature and modalities of dissemination of these essential data have been established by regulation, through Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017 on access in electronic form to the essential data of the grant agreements, and by the Decree of 17 November 2017 on the conditions for making the essential data available in grant agreements.
