Grants awarded by the Aude Department since 2018 and above (or equal) to EUR 23 000.
As of 1 August 2017, local authorities have an obligation to communicate on the grants they award.
This obligation lies with the publication on 7 May 2017 of [Decree 2017-779 of 5 May](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/decret/2017/5/5/PRMJ1636989D/jo/texte/fr), concerning access in electronic form to the data of the grant agreements and of [Order of 17 November 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000036040528) on the conditions for making essential data available in grant agreements.
This text implements Article 18 of the Law for a Digital Republic (No. 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), which has itself amended [Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexteArticle.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000215117&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006529194&dateTexte=20000413&categorieLien=cid) on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations.
This communication concerns grant agreements concluded pursuant to Article 10 of the Law of 12 April 2000, i.e., in principle, only more than EUR 23 000 and concluded with a private applicant, this threshold is set by Article 1 of [Decree No 2001-495 of 6 June 2001 adopted for the application of Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the financial transparency of aid granted by public persons](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000005631044)).
