These texts echo the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), and [Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexteArticle.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000215117&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006529194&dateTexte=20000413&categorieLien=cid) on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations.

The Decree of 14 April 2017 on essential data in public order
specifies the list of essential data to be published for each public procurement procedure launched on or after 1 October 2018 and the amount of which exceeds EUR 25 000 excluding tax. Concession contracts and contract amendments are also covered.
