Essential data on public procurement in the Occitanie Region

Lists of essential data from Occitanie public procurement. The table below includes the essential data on public procurement and framework agreements of the Occitanie Region and any amendments thereto. ## Framing Communities concerned: COM | EPCI | DPT | REG Introduced by Article 34 of Decree No 2016-86 on concession contracts, by Article 107 of Decree No 2016-360 on public procurement, and by Article 94 of Decree No 2016-361 on public defence or security contracts, the obligation imposed on purchasers and granting authorities to publish on their buyer profile the list of essential data of their public contracts or concessions contracts and any amendments thereto meets an objective of transparency of public data. These texts echo the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), and [Article 10 of Law No. 2000-321 of 12 April 2000](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexteArticle.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000215117&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006529194&dateTexte=20000413&categorieLien=cid) on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations. The requirement of transparency and openness of public order data meets several objectives: it is likely to contribute to the prevention and fight against corruption, the sound management of public money, the steering of purchasing policies and the economic development of companies, which will be able to capture this data either to better meet the needs of public buyers or to develop new services for the development of public procurement policies. The Decree of 14 April 2017 on essential data in public order specifies the list of essential data to be published for each public procurement procedure launched on or after 1 October 2018 and the amount of which exceeds EUR 25 000 excluding tax. Concession contracts and contract amendments are also covered.
