The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by reporting the number teletransmitted on the information system @CTES to the total number of documents received for legality review, whether in paper or electronic format. The volumetric of the @CTES information system increased by + 46 % from 2014 to 2015, reaching 1,530 billion bytes.
The number of files increased from 2,500 thousand in 2014 to 3 000 thousand in 2015, an increase of + 28 %.
This is significantly more impressive than that of the number of acts transmitted electronically, which reached 2 439 000 in 2015, i.e. an increase of only + 4 % of acts compared to 2014; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES therefore decelerated from + 29 % between 2013 and 2014. The combination of these two phenomena (a strong increase in volumetrics and a small increase in the number of acts transmitted by electronic means) results in a significant increase in the average volumetric of acts:
this is reflected in the average number of bytes per act, which increased by + 40 % from 2014 to 2015.
The rate of acts teletransmitted via @CTES compared to the total number of acts transmitted for legality review (46 %) is higher than in 2014 (40 %). This indicator continued to improve despite the small increase (+ 4 %) in raw data in the number of acts transmitted electronically in 2015 compared to 2014 due to the 10 % decrease in the total number of acts received for legality review in 2015 (5 157 000) compared to 2014 (5 727 000 acts).
