Dataset description
This PER permit gives the holder an exclusive right to explore liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons within the defined perimeter. All exploration permits are intended to gain access to better geological knowledge of the subsoil and to assess the hydrocarbon potential of an area.
These are files of requests from PERs which are approved by ministerial order but also those currently under investigation. However, the perimeters of PER requests are information that can be communicated to the public in accordance with Articles L.124-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
