Dataset description
Populations and territories exposed to the exceedance of the limit values for pollutants NO2 and PM10 in the Centre-Val de Loire region for the year 2021.
_Genealogy:_ indicators of exceedance of limit values:
40 µg/m³ as an annual average for NO2 and PM10 and 35 days greater than 50 µg/m³ for PM10.
These indicators are the number of inhabitants affected, the cumulative area and the length of roads concerned.Data created with a local atmospheric dispersion model (ADMS).
Use of the emission inventory of the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Annual statistics available:nitrogen dioxide as an annual average (µg/m³), PM10 suspended particles as an annual average (µg/m³), PM10 suspended particles in the number of days exceeded 50 µg/m³.
Statistics comparable to limit values for health protection:
Decrees No. 98-360, 2002-213, 2003-1085, 2007-1479, 2008-1152, 2010-1250 and Directive 2008/50/EC.Modeling carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Central Air Quality Monitoring Laboratory (LCSQA).
_Reference of Demographic Data:_ Majic Base.
