Dataset description
This dataset presents gas consumption at the national grid at a time step (in MWh [PCS](https://opendata.reseaux-energies.fr/pages/glossaire/) 0 °C). The update of this dataset is monthly.
This dataset concerns only the **consumptions of customers connected to the transmission network of GRTgaz and Teréga**. These data are compiled from the counting equipment.
This dataset is published in accordance with Article D 111-66 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the Decree of 29 December 2017 (Law for a Digital Republic).
**NB: A maximum difference of 0.2 % can be observed between the data for certain days and those published on operators’ sites. It is related to the application of statistical confidentiality.**
