Financial aid for the energy renovation of housing

In order to combat energy poverty and promote the renovation of housing, since 2019, GPSO has implemented, within the framework of Operation Habitat Quality, aid for energy renovation: * A specific individual aid subject to resources, which are aimed at **occupying owners**, **tenants in the private or social park, or hosted for free** and specific assistance under condition of rent agreement which is addressed to landlords**.** * Specific assistance to co-owners’ unions as part of global renovation works * Additional individual support for small, very modest and intermediate households as part of comprehensive renovation work in co-ownership Obtaining such aid is subject to the achievement of a minimum energy gain: * **25 %** energy gain for **energy renovation work in private units** * **15 %** energy gain for total renovation work in condominiums** ** **
