Financing and cost of rehabilitated social housing

The CDC provides long-term financing adapted to the investment needs of the social housing sector (social housing organisations, associations and medico-social sectors). The file presents, by region, the median areas of the rehabilitated social housing, their median cost price as well as the structure of the financing (equity weight, CDC loans, other loans, subsidies) and the cost of these social housing (weight of the cost of works and other costs). This information is presented according to the year of signature of the projects. The area is in m², the cost prices in current euro and the structure of financing and costs as a percentage. —
