Foreign trade data — Visualisation of goods leaving French territory in 2018

Use of dataset of external trade statistics for educational purposes. The main objective of this data set is to show the potential for re-use of data made available by DGDDI on external trade statistics. ## ****Mapping and Data Processing ** ** This dataset is built on data from national foreign trade statistics. Different treatments are applied to obtain visualisation. The main treatments at work can be noted: * join on a reworked CN8 Combined Nomenclature table * join on a table of country benchmarks * use of a geographical API * different treatments on texts (concatations, extractions, etc.) necessary for the preparation of joints ## Warning This dataset is consolidated to offer interactive, ergonomic and pedagogical visualisation. The approach seeks to demonstrate the relevance of the data produced by DGDDI on external trade statistics.
