Forest massif of L. 321-6 of the forest code in the Alpes de Haute-Provence

Forest areas defined for the prevention of forest fires pursuant to Article L. 321-6 (1st alinea) and Articles R 321-15 to R. 321-25 of the Forest Code. Forest ranges (see definition Annex 2 of Circular DERF/SDF/C2002-3017 of 24 September 2002) are delimited when the forest protection plan is drawn up from a departmental or regional risk study (see circular DGFAR/SDFB/C2004-5007 of 26 March 2004). L'Art. L321.6-1st paragraph s' applies to forest massifs located in the regions Aquitaine, Corsica, Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées, Poitou-Charentes, PACA, and in the departments of L'Ardèche and Drome. __Origin__ The departmental plan for the protection of forests against the fire 2006-2012 made it possible to establish the contours of the massifs.
