Free textbooks 2012-2013

The Region accompanies the schooling of high school students by ensuring since 2001 the free textbooks. As part of the reforms undertaken by the Ministry of National Education inducing renewal complete of the collections in 2010, the Region decided to continue to supporting families in the context of diminishing purchasing power and economic crisis. The beneficiaries are high school students in public and private institutions under contract of association. Books are loaned by schools to students over time from the school year. For professional high school students, this help can allow the purchase of exercise books. The Region pays an initial allocation to the institutions before the start from the school year.
