* Residential: customers connected to the public distribution network for residential use and with a subscribed power of less than 36 kVA
* Professionals: customers connected to the public distribution network for professional use and with a subscribed power of less than 36 kVA
*SME-SMI: customers connected to the public distribution network and with a subscribed power exceeding 36 kVA and less than 250 kVA
