Fish farming represented by a point. Point representation was introduced only for the sake of consistency with Cascade at the end of 2006. By convention, for the sake of consistency with Cascade, in this layer the term ‘pisciculture’ s' applies, irrespective of the species produced to an installation covered by: —i.e. the regulation on ICPEs (heading 2130 of Decree 206-942 of 27 July 2006) where there is regular feeding and production in excess of 20T/year; —that is, Article L431-6 of the Code of l' environment and police of l'water (section 3.2.7.0 of Decree 2006-881 of 17 July 2006) if it does not feed regularly or if production is less than 20T/year. __Origin__ By duplication from the Carthage BD layer used as a repository.
