Dataset description

## List of aid paid by CARENE to individuals in the context of projects to renovate old private housing. These are CARENE grants, paid to applicants, for grant applications whose grants have been awarded and paid from 2019. The same housing may be covered by several subsidies. Cumulation of housing therefore does not represent the number of dwellings improved by the housing improvement policy because it would contain duplicates, but it allows to obtain, aid per aid, the number of dwellings impacted by the aid paid.
