Dataset description

Description of grants to communities and organisations * * * The Hauts-de-Seine Department makes financial commitments to associations and other organisations in order to expand its work. The process of awarding these commitments follows a request from the Department. The award is then arbitrated before the departmental assembly. Publicity of grants paid to third parties is mandatory in accordance with Articles L2313-1 and L1313-1-1 applicable to the Department by reference of Article L 3313-1 of the CGCT. This dataset does not include grants awarded to natural persons for reasons of confidentiality.
