Grants to EPCIs under Component 2 of the 2030 Finistère Pact

The Finistère Departmental Council is evolving its policy of supporting municipalities and intercommunalities. What’s it all about? A three-year envelope by EPCI to finance important projects of municipalities and EPCIs (in investment and operation), in line with departmental priorities. Examples: * Accommodation * Environment * Sports and cultural equipment * Tourism * Soft mobility * Social cohesion How does it work? In the summer of 2022, the Departmental Council, together with each EPCI and its municipalities, draws up a partnership guide, setting out a limited number of projects funded by the Department. It then determines within the framework of the departmental guidelines and in conjunction with the Vice-President of the Departmental Council in charge of Territories, the priority projects to be financed.
