Green transition contracts and call for expressions of interest

Ecological Transition Contracts (ETCs) are an approach aimed at supporting and supporting the ecological transformation of the territories. After a first phase of experimentation in 2018, it was decided to extend the approach of ecological transition contracts through a call for expression of interest (AMI) launched in 2019. A total of 130 applications were identified and 61 successful candidates were nominated. Non-selected territories are offered support in order to win in 2020. The Caisse des dépôts (Bank of the Territories) is involved in this programme as an operator with the state services in both engineering and investment. <HTTPS://WWW.BANQUEDESTERRITOIRES.FR/CONTRATS-DE-TRANSITION-ECOLOGIQUE-UNE-NOUVELLE-VAGUE-EST-LANCEE> The attached dataset identifies the different EPCI and municipalities that were part of the call for demonstrations. The winner_AMI variable provides all applications received under the ETCs with: the 2018-2019 experimentation in some 20 territories, the MAI phase and the announcement of the 131 winners. Non-laureates who have not been selected are offered support in order to mature the projects, with a view to a new MAI phase for 2020.
