Quantitative ad-hoc study conducted online by the Harris Interactive Institute on behalf of Hadopi and CSA with a representative sample of 2,505 French Internet users aged 15 years and over (representativeness according to quota method), combined with an over-sample of 100 people, representative of the population of French Internet users aged 15 years and older who have used a connected enclosure in the past 30 days.
The study examines the practices and perceptions of voice assistants, in particular those used on connected speakers.
