Dataset description

The CLIC, the Local Information and Coordination Centre for the Elderly, may have a different name for each department. Sometimes called “Pôle Autonomy” or “Pôle Info Seniors”, these local information points are aimed at the elderly and their entourage, and more broadly to anyone involved in the loss of autonomy of seniors >> https://www.aide-sociale.fr/clic-personnes-agees/#d%C3%A9finition The reception, information and advice offered by the CLICs are personalised, free of charge and confidential. Implemented by the departments and led by various actors (associations, CCAS, hospitals, General Council), CLICs have a local role and aim to facilitate access for older people to their rights by networking all professionals in the sector. You can contact a CLIC for simple information, for questions of solidarity or mutual assistance, but also for support in the steps relating to the loss of autonomy and daily life (services to the person, various care, APA file, etc.). See in detail the role of CLIC >> https://www.aide-sociale.fr/clic-personnes-agees/#mission To contact the nearest CLIC, simply consult the online directory that lists local information points in France >> https://www.aide-sociale.fr/clic-personnes-agees/#contact **Collection context** The Calvados Department identifies and monitors CLICs as part of its social work responsibilities. The data are from the Open Equipment14 database, created in 2014 by the AUCAME (Agency for Urban Planning of Caen Normandie Métropole) and the Geographic Information Hub of the Department of Calvados. **Collection method** The Geographic Information Hub of the Calvados Department geocoded these data and generated a vector layer of points locating the headquarters of each CLIC. **Attributes** | Champ | Alias | Type | | — | — | | — | | ‘id’ | ‘int4,PrimaryKey’ | | ‘name’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘categorie’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘type’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘sub_type’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘address’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘postal_code’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘commune’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘code_insee’ | ‘varchar’ | | ‘telephone’ | ‘char’ | ‘telephone’ | ‘mail’ | ‘char’ | | ‘id_clic’ | CLIC ID | ‘int4’ | For more information, see [the metadata on the Isogeo catalog](https://open.isogeo.com/s/434296189d794266a04a8678e256f0c4/HiLeps3y1qrSx6aTDmKyp0spGPix0/r/7f162ad76e5840fa82fa499cccd78b7b).
