Hospital data on the COVID-19 outbreak in France

Public Health France’s mission is to improve and protect the health of populations. During the health crisis linked to the COVID-19 epidemic, Public Health France is responsible for monitoring and understanding the dynamics of the epidemic, anticipating the various scenarios and implementing actions to prevent and limit the transmission of this virus on the national territory. Daily hospital data on the COVID-19 outbreak by department and gender of the patient: number of hospitalised patients, number of people currently in resuscitation or intensive care, cumulative number of people returning home, cumulative number of deceased persons. For some patients, sex has not been identified in the database. This may lead to a lag between the sum H/F of an indicator and the total number of that indicator.
