It allows companies to measure gender pay gaps in a transparent manner and to highlight their points of progress. Where wage disparities are observed, corrective measures must be taken.
The index is calculated on the basis of indicators on the pay gap, promotions and increases, but also on maternity leave and the company’s highest wages.
