The insi teleservice is a teleservice of the sickness insurance that allows to retrieve or verify the National Health Identity (INS). As part of its mission to accelerate the deployment of services to healthcare professionals and institutions, the SESAM-Vitale EIG communicates the indicators related to the use of insi teleservice. The dataset consists of 3 files, which relate to the use of the insi teleservice, according to the following axes: — usage by department/type of actors — use by software publisher — use by structure These files give the number of teleservice calls over the last 12 months.
