Dataset description

/* WARNING. The label “Twentieth Century Heritage” is replaced by the label “Remarkable Contemporary Architecture” provided for in Articles L650-1 to 3 and R650-1 to 7 of the Heritage Code. The buildings and facilities concerned are listed on the Atlas of Heritage (http://atlas.patrimoines.culture.fr/). *// Table L_LABEL_PATRIMOINE_XX_SIECLE_075 lists the Parisian buildings and urban complexes to which the “Twentieth Century Heritage” label was awarded between 2000 and 2015 by the Regional Commission for Heritage and Sites. It does not include the historic Parisian monuments built in the 20th century that benefit from this label without going to commission. The 20th century Heritage Label was created by the Ministry of Culture and Communication in 1999, in response to the Council of Europe’s recommendation of 9 September 1991 calling for the identification and study of 20th century architecture in order to avoid ‘irreparable losses of this moment of European memory’. It identifies and reports to the public, by means of a logo designed for this purpose, buildings and urban complexes protected or not under the Historic Monuments, which are representative of the creations of the 20th century. More information on the label on the website of the Ministry of Culture: http://www.culturecommunication.gouv.fr/Aides-demarches/Protections-labels-et-appellations/Label-Patrimoine-du-XXe-siecle __Origin__ Data source: list of buildings and urban complexes labeled between 2000 and 2015, published on the website of the Ministry of Culture (http://www.culturecommunication.gouv.fr/Aides-demarches/Protections-labels-et-appellations/Label-Patrimoine-du-Xxe-siecle), downloaded on 1 August 2016. The data awarded are derived from this document. Spot location at address. In the case of a building referenced to several addresses, one of it is chosen arbitrarily. The localisers used are those of the spatial database of the addresses of the City of Paris, news December 2015, available on the opendata site of the City of Paris. __Partner organisations__ DDT Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-d02bf960-4928-4776-9c2d-9fcfe08649ef) * [COVADIS data standard: Information perimeter of a PLU](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_INFO_SURF_ccccc) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/296e90caaff99a8f9fc1a25ef00d06212198f9f1)
